Picked Up a Copy of Records of the Three Kingdoms
Author:Wolf of the History Department

In the ninth year of Yanxi during the Eastern Han, the nine-year-old Henry Clark fished a golden carp out of the river. Upon cutting it open, he found a scroll of heavenly scripture inside, named "Records of the Three Kingdoms"! Thus, the Han Dynasty gained a very different Emperor Ling, and the world changed with him.

(Not a transmigration story—the protagonist is the native Emperor Ling before ascending the throne, who simply picked up a copy of the Records of the Three Kingdoms.)
