"The Iron Shadow," "Northern God," "Guardian of the NBA Rim's Smile," "Never Shoots Unless It's a Fadeaway," "A Jump Shot as Beautiful as a Painting"... When William Sullivan, who bore all these nicknames, burst onto the scene, the youth of many people began at this very moment!

"Bah! Will these haters ever stop? My nickname is clearly 'Godslayer'!" Looking at the newspaper, William Sullivan said indignantly.

"Slay" as in "Godslayer," and "er" as in "Godslayer-er." As for "God"? In the NBA of the 1990s, how many "gods" could there be?
