"Yeah, it's been thirty years... You're almost retired, and my daughter has become a student at Dongchuan High School." John Lee sighed a little. Life goes round and round, and here we are again.
Old Principal heard this and thought of the moment he had just seen Olivia Lee.
When Olivia Lee was brought into his office by John Lee, Old Principal was momentarily dazed, as if time had rewound, and he was back thirty years ago.
That youthful, energetic face, the way she smiled and greeted him with "Hello, Principal," was almost identical to that girl student from thirty years ago.
He suddenly wished that time could really go back thirty years. Thirty years ago, he wasn't the principal, just an ordinary teacher, but he could be thirty years younger. Most importantly, that girl would still be alive...
Noticing the principal's absent-mindedness, John Lee smiled and pointed at his daughter, saying proudly, "She looks like her mother, doesn't she?"
Old Principal, coming back to his senses, nodded. "Yeah, at least she doesn't look like you."
John Lee burst out laughing.

Olivia Lee, wearing the Dongchuan High School uniform and carrying her backpack, followed behind her homeroom teacher, step by step toward the classroom.
But her gaze passed through the closed glass window and landed on the building next door.
Although she had never been to this school before, she recognized it at a glance—the slightly shabby old building must be where her dad and mom used to have classes.
Was it on that corridor where her dad and mom first met?
Dad once said they weren't in the same class at first, so what was it like when they met for the first time?
In the corridor between classes, how did their eyes find each other among so many people?
When they saw each other, did they realize that one day they would walk together?
How many times did they meet before they finally got together?
The homeroom teacher walking ahead didn't go straight to the front door of the classroom, but quietly stopped at the back door, tiptoed a little, and peeked into the classroom through a small window above the back door.
The sound of students reading in the classroom remained unchanged.
Olivia Lee wasn't in a hurry either. She just waited beside the homeroom teacher, still gazing curiously at the building next door.
Just then, she saw a figure dash across the open space between the two buildings, quickly disappearing into her blind spot.
Uh-oh, wonder which unlucky kid is late.
Olivia Lee thought to herself.
She then withdrew her gaze and followed the homeroom teacher, who had finished observing, toward the door marked "Class 2, Grade 10."
When the homeroom teacher appeared at the front door, the noise in the classroom noticeably quieted, and many students looked up at the teacher standing at the door.
Under everyone's gaze, the homeroom teacher first nodded to the English teacher in the classroom, then walked in, stepped onto the podium, and looked at the dozens of students below.
This middle-aged female teacher didn't say a word; she just swept the room with a stern gaze, and all the noise in the classroom vanished, including the normal reading aloud.
"Everyone, pause for a moment. Today, we have a new student transferring into our class."
After speaking, she waved to Olivia Lee, who was standing outside the door. "Come in."
Some curious students couldn't wait to look over.
They saw the doorway darken, and in the morning light, a tall figure was outlined by the shadow.
A girl with a ponytail bounded lightly onto the podium, then stood beside the homeroom teacher with her hands behind her back, smiling.
Sunlight slanted in from outside the door, shining on the side of her face. The fine fuzz on her face was illuminated, outlining her features with a golden edge. Her long eyelashes trembled slightly, as if a gentle breeze had swept through the classroom.
In the morning sunlight, it was as if a little deer had leapt out from the woods and jumped right into the hearts of all the boys present.
Someone let out a soft sigh, "Whoa..."
Some girls nervously glanced at Kevin Carter, only to find that Kevin Carter was also staring blankly at the new student on the podium... Their hearts broke.
"This is our new transfer student, Olivia Lee." The homeroom teacher pointed at Olivia Lee and said, "Olivia Lee, say hello to everyone."
All the boys unconsciously straightened their upper bodies, raised their heads, and tried to make themselves look better, more handsome.
Even Emily Scott was no exception. He transformed from a football slumped on the desk into an upright rugby ball.
Under everyone's gaze, Olivia Lee kept smiling. She gently parted her lips, "Hello, everyone..."
But a rush of hurried footsteps interrupted her next words. The thudding echoed loudly in the closed corridor, drawing everyone's attention—some turned to look outside the classroom, others glanced at the empty seat next to Emily Scott.
"Reporting!!" A figure appeared at the front door of the classroom, grabbing the doorframe to keep from being flung out.
