The male lead of the movie "Wanted" is cheerful, optimistic, sincere, humble, and polite—a young man with great ambitions and a strong work ethic. So, even though he lost his mother at a young age and has no idea whose bodily fluids he inherited, he still grew up healthy and happy.
Society is the best university, and it taught Wesley many profound lessons. One of them: if you don’t have a good father, you have to learn to be strong!
After entering society, Wesley worked hard and finally, through his own efforts, landed a decent job. Although the salary was a bit low, he had his own independent desk and could call himself a white-collar elite to the outside world.
Wesley had a group of dedicated colleagues who often dumped tedious work on him, helping him quickly develop his skills and become the office record-holder for the fastest CD burner.
He had a shrewd and capable female boss. Although she was a three-hundred-pound fat lady who always found ways to dock his pay, without her, Wesley would never have realized just how ugly capitalists can be.
He had a sexy and beautiful girlfriend. Although she was sharp-tongued, looked down on Wesley for being poor, and was never faithful in love—constantly cheating on him—one must look at things from both sides. Without this girlfriend who never turned anyone away, Wesley could never have maintained such a healthy complexion.
Oh, and Wesley also had a loyal and righteous buddy. Whenever he was forced to work overtime by his boss, this buddy would always step up, go to his place to comfort his girlfriend, and provide her with personal service, rain or shine.
It was precisely because of this good buddy that Wesley wasn’t dumped and didn’t become a single guy buying toilet paper every day.
Some people are already giving their all just by staying alive!
Wesley understood this deeply, so he continued to tenaciously cling to life, even though he knew his girlfriend was actually in the shape of his good buddy.
So what if he’s being cheated on? It’s no big deal. People who’ve never seen a vast grassland have no idea that paradise is actually green.
The above is pure filler... The above is just a plot transition, a brief introduction to Wesley...
Alright, the above is complete nonsense—just blatant word count padding!
Cheerful and optimistic? Doesn’t exist. Wesley is just a good-for-nothing slacker, living only to kill time while waiting for death.
Until just now, when a cold and seductive older woman appeared before him. Wesley swore, compared to this super-fierce lady, his girlfriend was just a country bumpkin.
Firefox!
A core member of the Brotherhood. Because Cross kept killing Brotherhood members and no one could match him, Firefox was ordered to bring back Wesley and train him into a top assassin.
In this world, only Wesley can kill Cross!
Cross had always been watching over his son. Upon discovering Firefox's whereabouts, he rushed over immediately. Unfortunately, he was still a step too late. Firefox made contact with Wesley first. With her irresistible charm and 36C figure, she completely bewitched Wesley and gained his trust.
Of course, given the choice between a scruffy middle-aged man and a sexy, gorgeous older woman...
That’s a no-brainer!
...
Under the night sky, the road was brightly lit on both sides, and the nightlife of the big city was about to begin.
A powerful engine roar approached from afar, then a flash of red lightning streaked by, whipping up a restless gale.
A Dodge Viper sped down the road. Firefox sat in the driver’s seat with a cold, stern face, both hands on the wheel, performing all sorts of thrilling lane changes and overtakes.
The speeding red supercar was so fast it made people scream. In the passenger seat, Wesley was pinned to his seat by the powerful g-force. The blaring horn and the lights flashing by outside the window made Wesley's heart pound uncontrollably—he had never experienced anything like this before.
“Oh God, can you slow down a bit? He can’t possibly catch up!” Wesley said, his mouth dry, terrified that he’d die from speeding the next second.
“No, he’s right behind us.”
Hearing this, Wesley glanced at the rearview mirror. Cross's box truck was tailing them closely, getting nearer and nearer. Remembering that maniac who would pull a gun and kill at the slightest provocation, Wesley felt a chill run through him, every hair standing on end.
“Then please, go even faster!”
Firefox's expression changed slightly. She had already pushed the car to its top speed, but damn it, that beat-up delivery truck was actually keeping up with the supercar—and even looked like it might overtake them.
In the box truck, Cross gripped the handle with one hand and held a pistol in the other, eyes locked on the Dodge Viper ahead. He thought to himself that Russell's driving skills weren’t bad—he still hadn’t shaken them off.
However, when he caught a glimpse of Russell out of the corner of his eye, his heart nearly leapt out of his chest.
“Fcuk!! What are you doing?”
“Changing the radio station!” Russell replied matter-of-factly, steering with one hand while the other fiddled with the knobs.
“I damn well know you’re changing the station, but can you pick a better time? Watch the road when you’re driving, and keep both hands on the wheel!!!”
Cross was about to lose it. At this speed, even he wouldn’t dare guarantee not to crash, yet Russell still had the mind to change the radio station.
