Chapter 20

Everyone, upon hearing this, couldn't help but instinctively look up at the sky. There, up there...

Countless blue orbs of light slowly descended from the sky, like falling stars. That was...

The first scene of the alien arrival in Skyfall!

Chapter 10: Reality

The aliens in Skyfall possess technology far beyond human imagination. Their level of advancement surpasses anything humans can conceive—whether it's their weaponry, biotechnology, or basic material science, all are vastly superior to humanity's.

For example, those blue spheres of light that appear at the beginning of the movie are something current human technology cannot explain or even imagine. Anyone who looks directly at these blue spheres will be controlled by the unknown within the blue light, and then willingly walk into it. Afterward, these controlled humans are transformed by the aliens into bio-weapons.

Henry Clark had also watched the horror movie Skyfall before. Although it was just for entertainment, when he saw those blue orbs appear and all who looked at them were controlled, he couldn't help but recall the time when the rebel organization faced the psychic controller from Organization C. That was truly a devastating weapon—intangible and formless psychic control that could completely bypass all existing human technology. Without any means of resistance, the only option would be to close your eyes and await death.

However, at the time, Henry Clark didn't think much of it. After all, Skyfall was just a horror movie, and while powers may have similarities, he didn't have the time to ponder ways to break through a fictional horror film.

But now, things were different. Once everyone confirmed that this was truly the world of Skyfall, all previous thoughts and mindsets changed completely. For example... how to survive...

When the blue light descended, everyone present was convinced—yes, the reincarnation world truly existed. Immediately, everyone hurriedly took out sunglasses and, in perfect unison, produced a pair of handcuffs, chaining themselves to the water pipes on the rooftop.

Only Henry Clark didn't use handcuffs. Instead, he wore sunglasses and looked directly at the blue lights, though he didn't dare be reckless and stood in the center of the group so they could pull him back at any time.

These blue orbs didn't look very large, at most a few meters in diameter, emitting a soft blue glow. But the closer to the core of the orb, the more dazzling the blue light became, making it impossible to see what was inside—only a mass of radiant light shining brilliantly.

Henry Clark stood there, staring directly at the approaching blue orb. Even with sunglasses on, the light still reflected in his eyes. The gentle glow seemed harmless, but faintly, Henry Clark sensed something was wrong.

First, his body was becoming increasingly excited—not mentally, but physically. Simply put, it was like the heated feeling after exercise. And as the blue orb descended from the sky, this physical excitement grew more intense, to the point where he was sweating all over.

This was highly abnormal. Henry Clark was no ordinary person; he had undergone the strictest military and mental training, including self-hypnosis techniques to resist psychic controllers. Physical control was child's play for him. Yet now, he could hardly control his body's excitement and sweating. The effect of this blue light was truly formidable.

When the blue orb was almost level with everyone on the rooftop, Henry Clark took a deep breath, slowly removed his sunglasses, and looked directly at the blue orb. Almost instantly, an indescribable sensation surged into his heart, making him lose control of himself in a split second.

This feeling was impossible to describe, as if an invisible psychic hand gripped his soul, trapping him inside his own body. His entire body felt like a suit of fleshly armor, separated from his consciousness and almost no longer under his control. Then, an unimaginable, intense pain struck him, so severe that he nearly fainted from it.

(This... this is the organization's self-hypnosis training... No, it's even more thorough, deeper, and more painful and dangerous than that training. The adrenaline in my body has already exceeded the danger line, and my whole body is in violent motion. If this continues... my body will collapse...)

If someone were to look directly at Henry Clark at this moment, they would clearly see his eyes blank, the tiny blood vessels around his face swollen and exposed, his expression extremely pained. Although his body wasn't moving toward the blue light, it was twitching slightly, as if enduring unimaginable agony.

Even so, for other reasons, Henry Clark's mind remained very clear, though he could no longer control his body to make any movements. Of course, this also prevented his body from moving toward the blue light. In this state of clarity and extreme pain, Henry Clark's thoughts flickered rapidly in his mind.
