This round turned into a stalemate, with two players dead on each side. The remaining six were playing guerrilla, running around the map without finding any trace of their enemies. One guy got confused and kept shouting, “C4, C4…”
Unfortunately, the one carrying the C4, Bandit Bennett, was wandering aimlessly, with no intention of planting the bomb. At the slightest sound of footsteps, he would quickly retreat and hide in the shadows to observe. If the opponent wasn’t 911, he wouldn’t make a move. Fortune favors the persistent—while sneaking toward point B with his knife drawn, Bandit Bennett finally spotted 911 peeking around with an M4 behind a wooden crate.
Bandit Bennett fully displayed his violent tendencies. At a time like this, how could a few single shots be satisfying? He aimed at 911’s butt and then unleashed a wild spray of bullets, not caring about wasting ammo at all… Although he was taken out by the police drawn by the gunfire, Bandit Bennett was still quite proud that he’d turned 911 into a beehive before dying.
“You get down, let me play!” Ethan Brooks was now righteously indignant.
“Let me play one more round, that was definitely a mistake just now. Next round, I swear I’ll kill him!”
“Kill… Can you be a bit more civilized with your words? No way, we agreed to only play thirteen rounds. If you die a few more times, there won’t be any left.” Ethan Brooks was very firm, though in reality, her hands were itching to play.
“Fine, if that bastard kills me one more time, I’ll let you play, okay?” Lily retorted stubbornly.
It had to be admitted, Miss Lily was a bit unlucky today. As a main force on the police side, she could take out at least one or two people each round, but never made it to the end. In the fourth round, she died at the hands of an unknown pervert.
The fifth round was a bit comical. Both sides had a fierce firefight in the A site alley, with casualties everywhere. Bandit Bennett kept retreating, planning to sneak through the middle door. To be safe, he tossed a grenade… Never in his wildest dreams did Bandit Bennett expect that the grenade would actually kill someone—and that someone was 911!
No need to say more, just wipe away a tear. Bandit Bennett felt as if some guardian angel was silently watching over him.
“Get up!” The police team’s little firecracker lost her temper, grabbed Lily, and threw her onto the bed, then boldly took a seat in front of the computer.
Little Pixie pouted in utter frustration. Right now, she had only one thought: to find Bandit Bennett for a real-life PK!
Ethan Brooks truly lived up to her reputation as the police team’s little firecracker. As soon as she joined the battle, she became the absolute main force. Wielding an M4, she was unstoppable, taking on anyone in her way, even daring to challenge AWP users head-on and coming out unscathed, single-handedly turning the tide. The police cheered, believing their M4 prince had finally arrived, and everyone was thrilled.
The dead switched to the group chat and shouted, “911’s aim is seriously insane! After getting stomped by the boss a few rounds, he’s finally showing his power. Does anyone know what this guy’s name is in the group?”
“No idea, let’s ask later. Damn, some of those shots were godlike. Is he cheating?” someone chimed in.
“Come on, isn’t the CD (anti-cheat) on? Besides, he doesn’t look like he’s cheating.”
In rounds six and seven, Ethan Brooks was on fire, winning two rounds in a row and becoming the savior of the police. But what pained Ethan Brooks was that in both rounds, Bandit Bennett was killed by someone else, so no matter how many people she killed, she couldn’t vent her anger.
“Hey, don’t touch me there!”
Ethan Brooks was already frustrated online, and even more so in real life. At some point, Lily had come up behind her, her little hands gently roaming over Ethan Brooks’s generous chest.
“Ah, sorry, couldn’t help myself, really couldn’t help it. I got nervous and my hands just slipped there,” Lily laughed carelessly.
The eighth round began, and Ethan Brooks fought the urge to beat up Little Pixie. This time, her chance came. As she passed through the B site tunnel, she ran straight into GSNB. In such a face-to-face encounter, there was no other way but to shoot it out—whoever drew faster and had better aim would survive.
As a result, Ethan Brooks and Lily nearly cried, while Bandit Bennett was laughing like an idiot.
When it came to marksmanship, Bandit Bennett was no match for 911. But in terms of luck, 911 was far behind Bandit Bennett. Several of 911’s bullets hit Bandit Bennett, but the guy was lucky—his body armor paid off, and he survived. He instinctively raised his gun and fired, and by sheer luck, the blind cat caught another dead mouse… 911 got headshotted!
“Girl, you’re not that great either, huh?” Lily mocked from the side. For some reason, seeing Ethan Brooks get taken out by Charles Bennett made her feel unexpectedly pleased.
Ethan Brooks snorted, decided that silence was golden, and focused on the game.
The ninth round was downright bizarre for Bandit Bennett. When he snuck into the A long, he unexpectedly found two guys dueling with knives in broad daylight. The two were so absorbed in their fight that they didn’t even notice someone coming up behind them.
At first glance, Bandit Bennett thought they were teammates practicing, but on closer look, it was clearly a cop and a terrorist. Had they run out of pistol ammo? No time to think about it, Charles Bennett grinned wickedly, crouched down, aimed at the cop’s head, and fired.
In the group chat, Reader A cursed, “XXX, you’re not keeping your word! We agreed to stop at a touch, but you’re playing for real?”
