Chapter One: Peerless Beauty

"Brian Morgan!" With an angry shriek, half a piece of white chalk shot out from Ms. Annie's slender hand with full force. She infused it with a spiraling inner strength, causing the chalk to spin as it flew through the air. The power of her strike created a spiral airflow, and by the time it reached Brian Morgan, the diameter of this airflow had already expanded to about ten centimeters.

The surrounding classmates, afraid of being caught up in Brian Morgan's trouble, had already moved aside. Brian Morgan groggily opened his eyes, picked up his English book, and casually blocked in the air. On the surface, this block seemed nothing special, but he had infused it with the endless, circular essence of Tai Chi. Only the flexibility of Tai Chi could dissolve the fierce spiral force of Ms. Annie.

The powerful spiral force contained in the chalk was mostly neutralized by Brian Morgan's seemingly casual block, and its direction instantly changed, flying toward the chubby Andrew Thompson at a forty-five-degree angle from Brian Morgan, hitting his fleshy garlic-shaped nose hard. The chubby boy let out a miserable cry, clutching his nose as tears streamed down his face.

Brian Morgan grinned smugly. That fat guy had tattled on him more than once behind his back; he'd long wanted to teach him a lesson.

Seeing Brian Morgan act so arrogantly in her class, Ms. Annie felt her dignity was greatly challenged. Her willow brows shot up, and her purple-red hair floated up strand by strand. Brian Morgan's arrogant and lazy behavior had truly enraged her.

She slammed both hands on the lectern, and one hundred and eight pieces of chalk shot into the air at once. Brian Morgan's expression changed slightly, but with his extraordinary eyesight, he immediately made the right assessment.

Under Ms. Annie's control, the chalk arranged itself in the air into a double helix, looking just like a DNA structure. Brian Morgan instantly realized she was using her trump card move, the "Yin-Yang Tornado Wave," which could unleash two opposing spiral forces. He knew that if he stayed seated, he would never be able to withstand Ms. Annie's full-force attack.

Ms. Annie's attack had already begun. The one hundred and eight pieces of chalk formed two spiraling dragons in the air, charging at full speed toward Brian Morgan.

Brian Morgan leapt onto his desk at lightning speed, striking a textbook Tai Chi starting pose and drawing a circle in the air. When he was three, his grandfather had personally taught him the principle: "Let him be strong, the breeze still circles the hill."

To deal with Ms. Annie's powerful attack, the best method was to go with the flow, using intention rather than force.

The circle Brian Morgan drew cleverly guided the two opposing air currents into his own trajectory. In fact, it wouldn't have been hard for him to dissipate these two forces right now, but Ms. Annie's relentless attacks had stirred his competitive spirit.

Brian Morgan let out a loud shout and reflected the two rows of spinning chalk back forward.

He had no intention of causing direct harm to Ms. Annie; the chalk was aimed at the space above her. The two air currents, carrying one hundred and eight pieces of chalk, collided above her head, and white chalk dust rained down from above, shrouding the lectern in a cloud of smoke.

Like a magician, Ms. Annie opened an umbrella, shielding herself from the falling chalk dust.

Brian Morgan nonchalantly flicked his sleeve and struck a super-cool Bruce Lee pose. All the classmates burst into applause. The girls looked at Brian Morgan with eyes full of admiration and infatuation. It couldn't be helped—he not only had an enviable appearance but also possessed such awesome skills. It would be strange if these girls weren't secretly in love with him.

Ms. Annie glared hatefully at Brian Morgan, nodded at him, picked up her textbook, and turned to leave the classroom. At this moment, the chubby boy picked up the piece of chalk that had hit him and placed it on Brian Morgan's desk.

Brian Morgan winked slyly at him. "Want to see what color Ms. Annie's underwear is?" The chubby boy's eyes narrowed into slits with delight, and he nearly drooled, looking just like a simple-minded child.

"Treat me to the PUB tonight!" Brian Morgan used his finger-flicking skill to shoot the chalk at Ms. Annie's shapely backside.

Ms. Annie was extremely proud and would never stoop to an ordinary dodging move. Brian Morgan had already calculated her response: only by leaping gracefully into the air could she maintain her poise and effectively avoid his attack. With her proud temperament, she would never let Brian Morgan off easily and would immediately counterattack. By this calculation, she would be airborne for at least three seconds—enough time for them to see the color of Ms. Annie's underwear.

Ms. Annie let out an angry shout and gracefully leapt into the air. Her lightness skill was an evolved form of Wudang's "Cloud Ladder," elegant and beautiful—perfectly suited for a woman.
