Chapter 2

It’s just that the actual object was not a small cauldron at all, but an incomparably ancient, tall, and archaic four-legged bronze cauldron. Mixed in among a large batch of antiques, it didn’t attract the slightest attention. However, Andrew Walker remembered clearly that it was precisely when he was injured fighting those bandits and a stream of his blood splattered onto that four-legged bronze cauldron, that the cauldron inexplicably emitted a blazing light.

That light flared up without any warning, as if the four-legged bronze cauldron had suddenly transformed into the sun, radiating a dazzling brilliance, and within that light was an aura that filled people with unspeakable terror.

In that instant, it was as if the heavens collapsed and the earth cracked, space shattered, and invisible energy rampaged everywhere. Everyone’s bodies were torn apart in an instant. Andrew Walker’s proud, powerful body was shredded into countless pieces like a sheet of paper, without the slightest suspense. The speed was so fast that even Andrew Walker hadn’t had time to understand what had happened before he was plunged into boundless darkness...

But why was he not dead, and moreover... seemed to have become another person, in a completely unfamiliar environment?

Andrew Walker fell into deep panic. Vaguely, he knew that something extremely bizarre had happened to him.

Opposite Andrew Walker, seeing him escape disaster, the young man across from him glanced at the crowd watching the spectacle, then turned back and sneered, “Hmph, I didn’t expect you to react so quickly. Next time, you won’t be so lucky.”

Andrew Walker suddenly raised his head, staring at the young man with a strange look. He didn’t need to see his own face to know that he must have an extremely odd expression right now.

The burly young man clenched his fists, sneering as he slowly advanced toward Andrew Walker, his eyes filled with undisguised ferocity and murderous intent. Looking into those eyes, Andrew Walker was certain the other party truly wanted him dead.

No matter what the situation was, he had to survive first!

Andrew Walker straightened his back and clenched his fists, only to discover that his current body seemed incredibly weak—far weaker than a normal person. Yet the young man approaching him was broad-shouldered and barrel-chested, his stance steady, his whole body exuding explosive power. How could he possibly resist?

Andrew Walker hadn’t yet figured out a solution when the burly young man, grinning savagely, lunged at him like a tiger descending the mountain upon a defenseless lamb.

Andrew Walker stared fixedly at the burly youth, and in a split second, his body rolled to the side, barely dodging the attack.

A hint of surprise flashed in the young man’s eyes, as if he couldn’t believe his opponent had actually dodged his pounce. He pushed off with his toes, halted his momentum, executed a beautiful turn, and once again charged at the just-upright Andrew Walker.

Fast!

Like a gust of wind!

Fierce!

Like a charging rhinoceros, a speeding train!

The young man was absolutely confident that even without throwing a punch, just relying on his body, tempered to the fifth level of the Body Strengthening Technique, he could send his opponent flying. As for how many intact bones would be left in the other’s body, he really couldn’t guarantee.

Andrew Walker had just gotten to his feet when the young man was already upon him, ramming into him with murderous intent, the savage grin on his face making him look even more like a ravenous wolf.

Andrew Walker had no time to dodge. This inexplicable body was nothing but a feeble wreck. If it were Andrew Walker himself, he would have at least twenty-seven ways to break the opponent’s attack and kill him in one blow. But now, aside from taking the hit head-on, he had no other option.

Gritting his teeth, Andrew Walker mustered all his strength and threw a punch.

Seeing Andrew Walker’s move, the young man’s eyes filled with open mockery. Someone who couldn’t cultivate the Body Strengthening Technique—could he possibly hurt someone who had reached the fifth level?

What a ridiculous fantasy!

A bitter smile flashed through Andrew Walker’s heart. He still hadn’t figured out what had happened—was he going to die again?

In this life-and-death moment, a strange thought suddenly surfaced in Andrew Walker’s mind.

“Why did I say ‘again’...”

What a colossal joke.

Just as Andrew Walker’s fist was about to touch the young man’s chest, his eyes suddenly widened.

The four-legged bronze cauldron tattoo on the back of his hand seemed to emit a flash of light, then instantly disappeared—no, not disappeared, but “sank” into Andrew Walker’s skin.

At the same time, a surge of energy instantly flooded into Andrew Walker’s right arm, finally concentrating in his right fist.

Andrew Walker’s fist struck the young man’s chest, and at the same time, the huge momentum of the young man’s charge was transmitted to Andrew Walker’s body.

“Crack!” The sound of bones breaking rang out from both of them at the same time, and both bodies were sent flying backward.

The young man’s eyes widened abruptly, filled with utter disbelief.
