Recently, the Super God Academy has fallen into inexplicable busyness. All the lecturers, mentors, and professors have disappeared one after another, and even Lauren has been busy writing some kind of energy program, so basically, no one is teaching the students.
Although it’s called an academy, there are only a lot of people at the beginning of the semester. Later, unsuitable students are eliminated again and again, and now there are only three classes left in the whole academy, with fewer than ten students in each class.
“Tonight’s barbecue, Mr. Clark can’t make it?” Eric Bennett watched Kevin Clark walk out of the classroom: “Can you ask if we can go to that Angel Nebula or whatever together?”
“It seems like angels really do exist.” Brian Carter was full of curiosity: “So does that mean there are really demons too?”
“There are. Angels are the most powerful civilization known in the universe. They don’t have much desire for expansion, only ruling over the Angel Nebula.” John Harris, who was once a prince of a powerful super-god civilization and interstellar empire, naturally knew much more than the others: “There are also demons. The war between the two sides has been on and off for tens of thousands of years.”
Eric Bennett ran out of the classroom quickly, but soon came back, looking dejected: “We’re not included.”
Brian Carter and John Harris didn’t really care after hearing this.
Following Miss Teacher, Kevin Clark learned some information.
That black “big chrysanthemum” in the sky is a supermassive wormhole, but because the Super God Academy activated a spatial solidification force field, the formation time has been delayed. Still, sooner or later, it will take shape.
Once the supermassive wormhole forms, there’s a high chance that a large number of alien races will appear, which is not good news for Blue Star.
“So, Mr. Richard wants me to take him to that Angel Nebula or whatever?” Kevin Clark looked troubled: “I’ve never been to the Angel Nebula, I don’t have a coordinate marker!”
“We don’t know your limits yet, but we do know a few secrets.” Miss Teacher always smiled very gently and said, “You were able to locate the correct coordinates of Lieyang Star just from a hand-drawn picture by Lauren, and we have ultra-clear photos of the City of Angels.”
While talking, they didn’t stop walking, and soon arrived at the teachers’ building.
The Wandering Richard that Kevin Clark saw was completely different from usual.
Today, Wandering Richard was actually wearing a very flashy mage’s robe, though the color was a bit off—of all the colors, he chose purple, making himself look like a giant purple sweet potato.
“Take a look first.” Wandering Richard handed a photo to Kevin Clark and said, “After you look at it, give it a try.”
Try what? Of course, it meant Kevin Clark would teleport there first, confirm the location, and then come back to pick up Wandering Richard.
The next moment, Kevin Clark disappeared from where he was and arrived at an excessively vast plaza. Seeing the empty plaza, he was a bit stunned, but after confirming the location was correct, he returned.
Wandering Richard and Miss Teacher asked a few questions, like the features of the buildings, and after confirming there was no mistake, they nodded to each other.
This time, Kevin Clark supported Wandering Richard for the teleportation, and in the blink of an eye, they appeared again in the same plaza.
However... after they appeared, they found themselves surrounded by a large number of fierce-looking angels on the ground, and the sky was filled with countless angels flapping their wings, looking equally imposing.
All these angels were female. One who seemed to be the leader shouted loudly, “Who goes there!?”
Chapter 14: Angel He Xi
Angels, the most powerful civilization known in the universe, are a race that ensures most regions of the universe remain under just order.
They are all female, each with a beautiful face and a graceful figure, yet all possess extremely high combat skills.
Every angel evolved from a mortal. Their growth is a series of genetic changes. Most ordinary angels are called first-generation, the more numerous second-generation serve as officers, and a small number of third-generation are called high-level angels. They are led by the Angel King and the King of Gods... the holy-bodied Keisha.
The City of Angels is made up of several massive floating islands, and the architecture is extremely similar to ancient Roman (Greek) styles from Blue Star’s past. If there’s any difference, it’s that the buildings in the City of Angels are even taller and more magnificent.
Kevin Clark really hadn’t expected that just a moment ago the plaza was empty, but after leaving for about five minutes and coming back, there were so many angels.
“Lauren was right, angels really are all female...” Kevin Clark swallowed hard—not because he was scared by their murderous aura and imposing presence, but because he was looking at those angels flying in the sky in ultra-short skirts with long, white legs: “They’re wearing safety shorts, that’s a downer!!!”
The angels were all wearing armor that looked like medieval female armor from Blue Star. The fabric parts were all dark red, with some gilded stripes and lace, and a few angels wore capes.
Each one looked valiant and heroic, but they all held weapons and stood ready to attack at any moment, which was honestly a bit intimidating.
“We mean no harm!” Wandering Richard’s voice was deep and calm: “We also know that men are not allowed in the City of Angels, and we have not entered any forbidden area.”
